Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club are delighted to announce the opening of the Forest Brasserie, this spring. We are looking for talented and dedicated people to become part of an exciting new team. 

Opening in the newly refurbished country club, with beautiful views over the golf course, the Brasserie will serve local food and beverages, with an open kitchen and the same focus on quality food and service that the hotel is known for.

With opportunities at all levels, the Brasserie is holding an interview day on 24th March to meet with potential staff. Not only will it give new team members the chance to see the fantastic new restaurant before the official opening, but also to meet with some of the senior management who have been involved in its development. There are a range of vacancies, both in the kitchen and front of house with managers, supervisors and waiting staff required. The Brasserie will be open 7 days a week, so there are a variety of shifts available both full and part time.
