Each year, our Long Service Awards provide an opportunity to celebrate colleagues who have dedicated five or more years to Elite Hotels, recognising their commitment and the important role they play within our teams.
This year's celebrations brought colleagues together for a special champagne ceremony, led by Elite Hotels Chairman, Graeme Bateman, and CEO, Simon Willis.
The ceremony, held at each hotel, recognised colleagues reaching significant milestones in their Elite Hotels careers, with awards presented at every five-year anniversary.
This year, The Grand celebrated 18 milestone recipients, Ashdown Park welcomed 9, and Tylney Hall recognised 11 colleagues for their long-standing dedication.
One of this year's most remarkable milestones belonged to Kevin Sweet, Head Gardener at Ashdown Park, who celebrated an incredible 50 years in his role.
Following the ceremony, all colleagues who have served five or more years were invited to enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea, providing an opportunity to come together, share stories and celebrate their achievements.
