Alex Loveland began her training with Ashdown Park, showing an immediate passion for developing as a chef. She completed the Specialised Chefs Scholarship managed by Bournemouth College in March 2018 and was named Student of the Year for the dedication and enthusiasm she demonstrated throughout the course.
Once she completed her training, Alex stayed at Ashdown Park as a Chef De Partie and worked on developing her culinary skills. This has culminated in her recent promotion to Junior Sous Chef.
Head Chef Andrew Wilson Said of her promotion: “Allie worked hard and earned this promotion. It really does show that if you are committed and work as part of the team, you will get recognition. She is a very skilled chef and an important member of the kitchen team.”
Alex is delighted with the news of her promotion: “It’s nice to know that all the hard work is acknowledged and the hours you put in contribute to your development and eventual promotion!
