Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club is proud to have teamed up with The Arundel Restaurant at Northbrook Campus, for a takeover evening in aid of The Springboard Charity.
The Arundel Restaurant is part of the greater Brighton metropolitan college and provides a venue for students following courses in Hospitality and Catering.
On Tuesday 11th June the students at The Arundel Restaurant will receive a master class in fine-dining and five-star service from the team at Ashdown Park Hotel, who will help the students prepare a six-course tasting sensation for guests to enjoy.
