Jane has worked in the housekeeping industry for the past 40 years and has been Executive Housekeeper at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa since 2008.
 
Jane is responsible for all aspects of housekeeping across Luton Hoo Hotel and Warren Weir as well as managing her team of 80 employees. She is involved at all levels from recruitment and staff development to managing supplier relations and getting stuck in with day-to-day housekeeping duties. She is well-liked, respected and a role model for junior members of the team to aspire to.
 
In 2016, Jane was honoured at the Hotel Catey awards for her dedication to supporting the training and development of her team, maintaining high levels of staff retention within Luton Hoo’s housekeeping department and consistently achieving high ratings from both professional organisations and our guests.
